"Armeec" is part of the "Chimimport" Group, one of the largest holdings in Bulgaria. Established more than 75 years ago, "Chimimport" AD has become a large-scale holding company, which unites nearly 70 subsidiaries and associated companies operating in various sectors of the Bulgarian economy – mainly in the fields of transport and finance, as well as in the manufacturing sector.

As of December 2023, "Chimimport" AD owns directly and through related parties a total of 95.65% of the capital of "Armeec". As of 31.12.2023, the paid-in capital of "Armeec" is 33,019 thousand BGN and is distributed as follows:

• "CCB Group" EAD - 80.99%
• "Chimimport" AD - 9.74%
• "Others" AD - 9.27%
