Reports are submitted to an official responsible for their review and may be submitted in writing, including by personal delivery, regular or electronic mail, or verbally. To register each report, Armeec Insurance JSC uses a standard form approved by the Personal Data Protection Commission, which is the national authority for submitting external reports. The written report is submitted by the reporter by filling in the standard form.

With the express consent of the reporting person, the report may also be documented by means of a recording on a durable medium, allowing it to be retrieved, if it is submitted by telephone, another voice messaging system, or in a face-to-face meeting.
