CARGO DURING TRANSPORT /CARGO/
Object of insurance:
Under this insurance, we insure all cargo on import, export or re-export, and related material interests during transport, against loss, damage and expenses incurred in the event of an insured event. We also cover risks and costs for cargo transported on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The risks we cover under this insurance are according to the current London Institute Cargo Clauses:
Institute Cargo Clauses (A) – 1/1/82 /Full coverage/;
Institute Cargo Clauses (B) – 1/1/82 /Limited coverage/;
Institute Cargo Clauses (C) – 1/1/82 /Minimum Coverage/;
Other effective, specialized and applied on the international insurance market "Cargo" clauses.
At the request of the insured, we can offer the following additional coverage:
Military risks according to Institute Military Clauses (Cargo) – 1/1/82;
Strikes, riots and civil disturbances under the Institute Clauses Strikes (Cargo) – 1/1/82;
"Breakage due to the nature of the load";
"Damage to cargo during transport with refrigerated vehicles";
"Transshipment";
"From warehouse to warehouse";
Others.
We also offer subscription insurance, which provides continuous and complete insurance protection of all or some types of cargo for a certain period of time under pre-agreed insurance conditions and preferential tariff numbers.
