Civil liability of legal entities
Object of insurance:
The insurance is voluntary and is taken out by legal entities that carry out various activities. IJSC "Armeec" insures the liability for damages caused to third parties, which may occur as a result of the Insured's activities specified in the insurance policy.
IJSC "Armeec" insures the liability of the insured in relation to:
Property and non-property damages caused to third parties by the Insured party as a result of bodily injury (including death, illness or loss of working capacity);
Property damage caused to third parties by the Insured party as a result of damage or loss of property;
Expenses for settlement of claims made with the written consent of the Insurer.
The liability of the legal entity for events that occurred on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria is covered, up to the actual amount of the damage, but not more than the agreed limits of insurance compensation - single (for one event) and aggregate (for the insurance period).
Insurance compensation is paid after presenting a written claim on the basis of an out-of-court agreement between the parties to the insurance contract and the injured third party, or, if such a claim is not reached, on the basis of an effective court decision.
