Civil liability of legal entities, including product liability
Object of insurance:
The insurance covers the costs of the manufacturer or trader for property and non-property damage caused to consumers of goods and products that have been manufactured, delivered, installed, repaired or otherwise processed by the insured. Coverage also covers the cost of destroying, repairing, altering or replacing the product. IJSC "Armeec" also covers the accompanying costs of settlement of claims made with its consent.
The insured's liability arising from events occurring worldwide excluding the USA and Canada and the territories under their jurisdiction is covered.
The insurer's liability is up to the actual amount of the damage, but not more than the agreed compensation limits - single (for one event) and aggregate (for the insurance period).
Insurance compensation is paid after presenting a written claim on the basis of an out-of-court agreement between the parties to the insurance contract and the injured third party, or, if such a claim is not reached, on the basis of an effective court decision.
