Employer's Liability Insurance
Object of insurance:
The insurance is voluntary and covers the liability of the Insured in his capacity as an employer for damages caused to his workers or employees in connection with the performance of their obligations under an employment contract.
IJSC "Armeec" insures the liability of the insured in relation to:
Property and non-property damages as a result of an occupational accident that caused a temporary, permanent or reduced working capacity of 50 and more than 50 percent or death of the worker or employee;
Property and non-property damages as a result of an accident at work caused by force majeure during or in connection with the performance of the assigned work or any work performed without an order but in the interest of the employer, as well as during rest time spent in the enterprise;
Costs for limiting the consequences of an event covered by the insurance and/or for the settlement of claims and claims made with the consent of the Insurer, as the limits stipulated in the policy include the specified costs
Insurance compensation is paid after presenting a written claim on the basis of an out-of-court agreement between the parties to the insurance contract and the injured third party, or, if such a claim is not reached, on the basis of an effective court decision.
