Personal liability insurance

Object of insurance:

The insurance covers liability for all sums within the agreed indemnity limits that the insured party is legally obliged to pay based on third party claims as damages for damages caused during the insurance period as a result of the risks of daily life (except for those, inherent in a certain activity, profession or position, or as a result of an unusual and dangerous occupation) incl. all claims settlement costs.

IJSC "Armeec" insures the liability of the insured as:

• Head of family;

• Employer of persons working in the household;

• Owner of apartment(s), house and/or villa located on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, which he/she uses personally;

• Owner of domestic animals and bees, and upon additional agreement of dogs, cattle, riding and draft animals;

• Exercising sports activities with the exception of hunting, rowing, sailing and water motor sports;

• Cyclist.

By agreement between the parties and against the payment of an additional premium, additional coverages may be included in the insurance coverage in respect of liability arising from the ownership of dogs (including hunting), riding and draft animals, cattle, etc.; ownership of buildings and property that the insured does not use personally; carrying out repair works worth up to EUR 10, 250; during regulated hunting, when practicing water sports, etc.

Insurance compensation is paid after presenting a written claim on the basis of an out-of-court agreement between the parties to the insurance contract and the injured third party, or, if such a claim is not reached, on the basis of an effective court decision.
